Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and manage the pastry and bakery team to deliver excellence
Plan, create, and execute high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and specialty bakery items
Develop innovative and seasonal dessert menus aligned with brand standards
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control across all items
Monitor inventory, manage ingredient usage, and maintain cost control
Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards within the pastry kitchen
Train, mentor, and develop pastry staff, promoting skill enhancement and career growth
Support pre-opening activities including kitchen setup, menu trials, and SOP implementation
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Executive Pastry Chef in hotels or fine dining
Strong leadership, creativity, and technical expertise in pastry and baking
Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team
Strong organizational, communication, and planning skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Proficiency in Bangla and English preferred
