1. 全面统筹酒店客房部日常运营管理，确保客房清洁、布草管理、设备维护及服务质量持续符合品牌标准；
2. 制定并执行客房部年度预算、人员排班、物资采购及成本控制计划，提升运营效率与资源使用效能；
3. 主导客房服务流程优化与员工培训体系建设，定期开展服务质量检查与客户满意度分析，推动服务品质持续改进；
4. 协调前厅、工程、安保等部门开展跨部门协作，及时响应并妥善处理宾客投诉及突发事件；
5. 落实职业健康与安全管理制度，确保工作环境符合国家劳动保护及公共卫生相关法规要求。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备5年以上高星级酒店客房部管理经验，其中至少2年担任主管级及以上岗位；
3. 熟悉国际酒店集团（如万豪、洲际、希尔顿等）客房运营标准及PMS系统操作；
4. 具备优秀的团队领导能力、跨部门沟通协调能力及突发事件应对能力；
5. 持有国家认可的酒店类职业资格证书（如中级以上客房服务员资格证、ISO内审员证等）者优先；
6. 无传染病病原携带者就业限制情形，符合国家关于劳动者健康状况的相关规定。
