We’re looking for an Executive Housekeeper who can bring passion, precision, and leadership to our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll guide the Housekeeping Department across guest rooms, laundry, public areas, and landscaped spaces, health club, ensuring that every guest experience feels effortless, memorable, and truly luxurious. Lead with heart, inspire through detail, and shape unforgettable guest experiences.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Leading and inspiring the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service across guest rooms, public areas, laundry operations, landscaped spaces and health club.
- Attending to special requests from guests, IHG Club members, and VIPs with care and precision.
- Driving training and coaching programs to instill service excellence, safety, and hygiene standards, while ensuring full compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
- Organizing staffing and work schedules to meet operational needs efficiently and effectively.
- Monitoring room allocation and housekeeping status updates to support seamless Front Office operations.
- Ensuring supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available and well maintained — while minimizing waste in support of our sustainability initiatives.
- Scheduling and overseeing deep cleaning projects and stepping in to support your team during peak periods when needed.
- Helping to refine and prepare budgets that maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Acting as a role model and uniting the team to embrace the hotel’s luxury lifestyle positioning.
- Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager while leading the entire housekeeping team.
What we need from you
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping team, with at least 3 years as Executive Housekeeper in luxury hotels
- A higher diploma in hospitality management, or equivalent
- Strong leadership, training and coaching skills with a proven ability to unite and inspire a team
- Excellent planning, organisational, and multi-tasking abilities with attention to details
- A deep commitment to service and the ability to bring luxury standards to life.
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must, speaking and writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
