We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of Crowne Plaza Resort Petra, crafting exceptional dining experiences that celebrate both international flair and local authenticity.

You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen operations, designing innovative menus, ensuring quality consistency, and leading a passionate team through the hotel’s pre-opening and beyond.

Your leadership will define the resort’s culinary reputation — from breakfast buffets overlooking the mountains of Petra to fine dining under the stars.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an international luxury / premium hotels environment.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of food trends, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
Opening experience is a plus
