We are looking for an inspired and forward-thinking Executive Chef to lead our talented culinary team. As the Executive Chef, you’ll play a vital role in curating remarkable dining experiences across all our outlets, including banquets, the all-day dining restaurant, and in-room dining. - Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in planning, costing, and quality in a refined, upscale setting.

- Manage inventory control, equipment maintenance, and waste reduction to maintain efficiency and sustainability.

What we need from you
We’re looking for an exceptional culinary professional who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the kitchen. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience in managing kitchen operations.
- A strong culinary portfolio that highlights your creativity, passion for quality, and dedication to excellence.
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (mandatory qualification).
- Proven problem-solving, motivational, organizational, and training skills.
- A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences, going above and beyond to add a personal touch and share your local insights.
- Flexible availability to work across various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- High standards of grooming and personal hygiene to reflect the professionalism of our brand.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves being on your feet for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving objects up to 23 kg (supportive equipment provided to ensure safety).
- Experience in the Pacific region is an advantage, though not essential.
