•Complete thedaily tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager
•Daily inspection and rectification of all electrical equipmentsand areas.
•Assist theDuty Engineerwith the design of a preventative maintenance program
•Meet guests in case of any technical service needs and deliver to the satisfaction
•Respond to requests from departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the day
•Do a lighting check to ensure all globes are in working order
•Investigate reported faults / damages on plumbing / civil/ Furnitures.
•Investigate reported faults for all electrical equipments
•Must prepare report as guided by engineer.
•Flexible in shift timing and ready to do for Multi skill tech role ( Plumbing /electrical/ HVAC/carpenter/ painting/ civil)
•Carry out any minor repairs to guest rooms or public areas
•Assist/support in other maintenance activities of the hotel
