Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard, KSA is a modern full‑service hotel offering an engaging and professional workplace for hospitality talent. Located in Riyadh’s established Al Suwaidi district, the Hotel offers convenient access to west and central Riyadh’s key government and business districts, including the Diplomatic Quarter. Set within a well developed residential area with nearby parks, local amenities and educational institutions, the hotel forms part of a growing mixed use development that will include a retail mall.

The hotel features 103 contemporary rooms, including spacious standard rooms and suites, along with three dining outlets, a boardroom, swimming pool, and fitness centre. With a focused operation, high brand standards, and a people‑first culture, Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard offers a supportive environment, hands‑on exposure, and strong opportunities for learning, growth, and career development.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Managing daily maintenance needs to ensure the right team is always on the right task

  • Carrying out a preventative maintenance programme that creates a safe, secure and comfortable environment for our guests to enjoy

  • Helping to prepare the departmental budget and keeping tight control of expenses

  • Leading hotel renovations and other projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget

  • Maintaining good working relationships with outside contractors

     

     

What we need from you

  • Advanced vocational training plus two years of experience in general building maintenance or construction, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Professional certification and licence if required by law 

  • Hotel experience preferred.

  • Must be able to speak local language(s)
