E-commerce Executive

About the Role

As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a key role in maximizing our online revenue, managing digital campaigns, and enhancing our online visibility across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and reservations teams to ensure we reach and exceed our online performance targets in our three hotels including Intercontinental Malta, VOCO Malta and Holiday Inn Express Malta

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online booking channels (hotel website, OTAs, meta search, etc.)
• Analyse website traffic, booking trends, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including email, SEO, PPC, and social media
• Ensure website content, promotions, and rates are up to date and aligned with brand standards
• Work with external partners (agencies, platforms) to drive online performance
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform pricing and strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
• 2+ years’ experience in e-commerce, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of online distribution, digital marketing, and e-commerce tools
• Analytical mindset with excellent Excel and reporting skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of PMS, CRS, Opera System and Concerto or channel managers is a plus
