【Tasks】

• Greet guests and ensure smooth and courteous check-in and check-out
• Build rapport with guests, respond promptly to requests and complaints, and provide feedback for better guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with proper procedures.
• Manage and administer the day-to-day administration of staff, assigning work responsibilities, performance and development.
• Provide appropriate training to team members on business systems, security, service and quality.
• Manage in the event of an emergency and works closely with local police and fire departments.

【Experience】

• At least 3 years of experience in hotel front desk or equivalent.
• Experience in management.
• Preference will be given to those who have worked in a luxury hotel before.

【業務内容】

1. お客様をお迎えし、スムーズで礼儀正しいチェックインおよびチェックアウトを行います。
2. お客様との信頼関係を築き、リクエストやクレームに迅速に対応し、より良いお客様満足度を実現するためのフィードバックを提供します。
3. 適切な手続きで現金およびクレジットカードの取引を処理します。
4. 日々のスタッフの管理と業務遂行を管理し、業務責任、業績、および成長を割り当てます。
5. チームメンバーに対してビジネスシステム、セキュリティ、サービス、および品質に関する適切なトレーニングを提供します。
6. 緊急事態の際に対応し、地元の警察および消防署と緊密に連携します。

【経験】

1. ホテルのフロントデスクまたは同等の経験が少なくとも3年は必須
2. マネージメントの経験が必須
3. ラグジュアリーホテルでの勤務経験がある方に優遇
