Duty Manager 值班经理

1. Represent the general manager to host the management activities of the hotel at night, be responsible to the general manager of the hotel, and report on work.
1、代表总经理主持酒店夜间的经营管理活动，对酒店总经理负责，并报告工作。
2. Responsible for coordinating and supervising all departments to do various night work; Coordinate work relations among various departments at night, and handle or solve all kinds of problems occurring as well as sudden events.
2、负责协调和督促各部门做好夜间的各种工作；协调夜间各部门的工作关系，处理和解决发生的各种问题和突发的各类事件。
3. Represent the general manager to receive and escort important guests arriving and departing at night, and check the relevant departments to do a good job of service work.
3、代表总经理接待和迎送夜间到离店的重要宾客，检查有关部门做好服务工作。
4. Responsible for the quality management of the hotel at night.
4、负责酒店夜间的质量管理工作。
5. Write a "night work diary" to record the important situation of the work, the problems found and the opinions and results of the treatment, and submit it to the general manager for review in a timely manner.
5、编写“夜间工作日记”，记录当天工作的重要情况，发现的问题及处理的意见和结果，及时递交总经理阅示。

1. College degree or above, more than 1 year working experience in the same position.
1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
2. Understand the general theory knowledge of hotel management and hotel management system and work norms.
2、懂得酒店管理一般理论知识和酒店管理制度和工作规范。
3. Familiar with the contents and procedures of various emergency plans, and understand reception etiquette and protocol.
3、熟悉各种应急预案的内容和程序，了解接待礼仪、礼节。
4. Familiar with the rate of foreign affairs, understand the laws and regulations of tourism, and understand the basic knowledge of laws and regulations such as public security and fire regulations.
4、熟悉外事记率，了解旅游法规，懂得治安、消防条例等法律、法规等基本知识。
5. Strong management ability in organization, command, coordination and control, and the ability to handle guest complaints and emergencies.
5、具有较强的组织、指挥、协调和控制等方面的管理能力，能处理宾客投诉和突发事件。
6. Able to write application documents within the scope of the job, with clear language.
6、会撰写本职范围内的应用文，语言清晰。
