A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Oversee daily operations across departments during assigned shifts, ensuring high standards of service.
- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Handle guest complaints and requests professionally, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor safety, security, and emergency procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain communication with management regarding operational updates, incidents, and staff performance.
- Assist in staff training and development as needed to uphold service excellence.
- Ensure all operational reports and logs are accurately maintained.
What we need from you
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in hospitality or related field.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, front office systems, and health & safety standards is preferred.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
