・ホテルの財務戦略および事業計画の立案・推進
・月次・年次決算、予算策定、フォーキャスト、キャッシュフロー管理の統括
・各部門と連携した収益改善・コスト最適化の推進
・財務・経理チームのマネジメント、育成、業務品質の向上
・内部統制・監査対応・リスクマネジメントの強化
・オーナー企業・監査法人・金融機関・行政機関等ステークホルダーとの調整・報告
・総支配人およびエグゼクティブコミッティへの財務分析に基づく意思決定支援・提言

【経験】
・ホテルまたはホスピタリティ業界における 財務・経理の管理職経験（目安5年以上）
・予算策定、フォーキャスト、決算管理、内部統制の実務経験
・財務分析をもとに事業提案または改善活動を推進した経験
・チームマネジメントおよびスタッフ育成の経験
※ 会計・財務・経営分野の学士号または同等の知識・実務経験を有することが望ましい

【語学】
・英語：ビジネスレベル（グローバル基準の財務報告およびコミュニケーションに必要）
・日本語：あれば尚可（必須ではありません）
※ 日本語ネイティブスタッフ・通訳サポートあり 

【Job Description】
- Lead the development and execution of the hotel’s financial strategy and business plans
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, month-end and year-end closing, and cash flow management
- Drive revenue enhancement and cost optimization in collaboration with operational departments
- Manage and develop the Finance & Business Support team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Strengthen internal controls, ensure adherence to accounting standards, brand policies, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with hotel ownership, auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the General Manager and Executive Committee to support decision-making

【Candidate Requirements】
- Capable of linking financial results with business operations and contributing to strategic decision-making
- Able to collaborate constructively with stakeholders across functions, including operations leaders, ownership representatives, and corporate contacts
- Demonstrates strong leadership in developing teams and building organizational capability
- Comfortable analyzing issues from both quantitative (data/financials) and operational viewpoints, and implementing improvements accordingly

【Experience】
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal control
- Proven track record of driving business improvement through financial analysis and recommendations
- Previous leadership experience managing and developing teams
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical expertise is preferred.

- English: Business level (required), with the ability to communicate financial and operational matters in a multinational environment
- Japanese: Advantageous, but not required.
