1. 制定并执行公司整体销售与市场营销战略，统筹品牌建设、市场推广、渠道拓展及销售目标达成；
2. 负责销售团队与市场团队的组织管理、绩效考核与人才培养，推动跨部门协同，提升运营效率与客户转化率；
3. 分析行业趋势、市场竞争格局及客户需求，优化产品定位、定价策略与营销组合，持续提升市场份额与品牌影响力；
4. 管理年度销售与市场预算，监控投入产出比，定期向管理层汇报业务进展与关键业绩指标（KPI）达成情况；
5. 建立并维护重点客户、合作伙伴及行业生态关系，支持重大商机落地与长期战略合作。
1. 本科及以上学历，必须是奢华品牌酒店背景；熟悉上海市场
2. 具备5年以上销售与市场复合管理经验，其中至少3年担任团队负责人或同等职级岗位，有从0到1搭建或主导规模化业务增长的成功实践；
3. 熟悉B2B/B2C全链路营销逻辑与销售管理体系，熟练掌握市场调研、品牌策划、数字营销、渠道管理及销售预测等核心方法论；
4. 具备优秀的战略思维、商业敏感度与跨部门协作能力；
5. 具备良好的职业道德与合规意识；
