I will deliver “Out of the Ordinary” experiences that inspire, delight, and create meaningful stories. By blending innovation, surprise, authenticity, and thoughtful details, every guest interaction will be transformed into a memorable wellness journey.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the resort’s wellness positioning and revenue goals.

  • Drive room, villa, retreat, and long-stay sales across key source markets (FIT, luxury leisure, wellness travel, and groups).

  • Identify emerging markets and new revenue opportunities within wellness tourism and experiential travel.

2. Market Development & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, and wellness travel partners.

  • Represent the resort at international sales missions, trade shows, and industry events.

  • Collaborate with brand partners, retreat leaders, and corporate wellness groups to attract high-value business.

3. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to deliver consistent performance and brand-aligned service.

  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.

  • Foster a collaborative culture with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams.

4. Collaboration & Commercial Alignment

  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging, storytelling, and campaign alignment.

  • Partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies, forecasting, and demand generation.

  • Support the creation of bespoke wellness packages, retreats, and seasonal offerings.

5. Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for senior leadership.

  • Monitor competitive trends within luxury and wellness hospitality in Vietnam and the region.

  • Ensure sales activities deliver strong ROI and long-term brand value.

Responsible Business & Compliance

All operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

The role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in luxury hospitality or wellness resorts.

  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam, Asia-Pacific, and key long-haul source markets.

  • Proven success in building international sales networks and high-touch client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Passion for wellness, sustainability, and experiential travel.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.

  • Culturally aware and adaptable, with experience working in multicultural environments.

  • Results-oriented while remaining aligned with luxury service values.

I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, operational guidelines, and service philosophy.
