Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote the Six Senses brand strategy and positioning in the marketplace.
Contribute to the Annual Business Plan and Sales & Marketing Strategy.
Achieve and exceed room revenue targets and market share growth across all channels.
Maintain strong knowledge of Six Senses products, services, and competitor offerings.
Build and manage relationships with DMCs, corporate accounts, MICE organizers, and wedding planners.
Secure group business (weddings, incentives, retreats, buyouts) and support event strategy.
Conduct regular sales trips, trade shows, and roadshows; complete minimum 10 sales calls weekly.
Ensure accurate CRM updates and support marketing campaigns with client databases.
Train travel agents and act as the main contact for sales, marketing, distribution, and rate matters.
Provide professional assistance to guests/clients and drive upselling opportunities.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of contracts, reports, and communications.
Take ownership of professional development in financial literacy, negotiation, and leadership skills.
