We are seeking a Director of Rooms who will play a key role in relaunching one of Jordan’s most iconic destinations. In this exciting pre-opening role, you will lead and oversee all Rooms Division operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry and Guest Services— ensuring every guest journey is seamless, genuine, and memorable.

You’ll inspire and develop a passionate team that embodies IHG’s purpose of delivering True Hospitality for Good. Through operational excellence and exceptional leadership, you’ll drive guest satisfaction, service consistency, and rooms performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar senior Rooms leadership role within a luxury or upper-upscale hotel.
• Strong eye for detail, guest experience, and brand service standards.
• Natural leader who can energize, coach, and build high-performing teams.
