Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of all restaurant, bar, lounge, and beverage outlets to ensure seamless luxury service and consistency.
- Drive InterContinental brand standards, service rituals, and engagement behaviors to deliver memorable experiences.
- Monitor and improve service quality through on-floor leadership, guest interaction, and coaching.
- Ensure all outlets operate with maximum efficiency, optimal staffing, and cost control.
- Lead the creation of elevated guest journeys, signature moments, and personalized luxury experiences.
- Ensure guest preferences, VIP requirements, and special requests are anticipated and fulfilled.
- Review guest feedback (GSI/Heartbeat, ReviewPro, social media) and drive continuous improvement action plans.
- Champion “Inspire Incredible” culture across the R&B team.
- Develop and execute business plans, pricing, promotions, and upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Digital, and PR teams to position outlets with strong market presence.
- Analyse financial performance, forecast demand, and optimize cost versus revenue.
- Lead menu engineering with Culinary and Beverage teams to ensure profitability and guest relevance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Restaurant Managers, Bar Managers, and Supervisors.
- Build a culture of teamwork, empowerment, and luxury service mindset.
- Conduct performance reviews, succession planning, and career development strategies.
- Oversee recruitment for all R&B positions to maintain high talent standards.
- Support development of new outlet concepts, seasonal menus, and promotional ideas.
- Ensure each outlet maintains its identity, storytelling, and brand alignment.
- Lead beverage innovation including cocktails, wine strategies, and mixology direction.
- Stay updated with global dining trends, Michelin-level standards, and local market preferences.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, liquor regulations, and IHG standards.
- Partner with Culinary, Engineering, and Stewarding to maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment functionality.
- Lead regular operational audits and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, payroll planning, and productivity management.
- Maximize profitability through waste reduction, purchasing controls, and optimized workflows.
- Ensure inventory and beverage procurement follow hotel and IHG policies.
- Minimum 5–7 years of senior F&B leadership in luxury hotels or high-end dining.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large teams.
- Strong background in both culinary and beverage operations.
- Financial management experience with strong commercial results.
- Excellent communication in English; Thai an advantage.
- Passion for food, beverage, service excellence, and guest experience.
