Duties and Responsibilities
As Director of Residences, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the residences, ensuring the delivery of exceptional products and services in accordance with brand standards, operational requirements, and the long-term expectations of homeowners.
My duties and responsibilities will include:
•    Continually enhancing the residences experience by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and evolving homeowner expectations, and by applying this knowledge to strengthen the product and service offering.
•    Leading and inspiring an engaged team of managers across the residences operation, each responsible for their own departments, to deliver the exceptional standards of service, care, and operational excellence expected of Six Senses.
•    Fostering a commercially and financially disciplined culture through training, education, and sound operational management.
•    Driving agreed financial performance, including revenue generation and cost management.  
•    Ensuring that the residences operation is managed in full compliance with all legal, statutory, financial, and contractual obligations.
•    Overseeing the implementation, review, and maintenance of all operational systems, reporting structures, security and safety protocols, communication standards, service procedures, host management practices, and budgetary management required for the successful operation of the residences.
•    Protecting and elevating the homeowner experience through high standards of service delivery, responsiveness, presentation, and operational consistency.
•    Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between brand expectations, operational readiness, homeowner satisfaction, and the overall strategic direction of the residences.
•    Acting as the primary liaison between homeowners, HOA, and all relevant stakeholders.
•    Driving homeowner recognition, satisfaction, and advocacy through structured engagement strategies.
•    Acting as a custodian of the brand within the residential environment, ensuring all brand touchpoints reflect the ethos of wellness real estate, sustainability values and experiential positioning.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Director of Residences, I have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role within a luxury residences, hospitality, or mixed-use environment, with a proven record of strong operational and service performance.
I hold, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and have ten or more years of experience in a similar luxury role, together with multi-departmental operational exposure.
My technical skills include advanced knowledge of MS Office, and familiarity with a range of hotel and operational systems, including POS, PMS, and residential platforms, as well as a working knowledge of accounting software. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English, together with an understanding of local language and customs where relevant.
