全面负责酒店质量体系搭建、运营督导及服务质检，制定管控标准；
牵头开业质量筹备，梳理全流程规范；
定期开展服务、卫生、操作巡查，出具报告督促整改；
分析宾客反馈，制定优化方案；对接品牌标准及评级要求，保障合规运营
酒店管理相关专业；
5年及以上高星级酒店质量管理同岗位经验；
熟知高端酒店质控体系，具备极强质检、整改推进能力；
做事严谨公正，沟通顺畅，酒店筹备质控经验优先
