Job Overview:
Every day brings new opportunities and challenges, but your core responsibility will be to lead and develop integrated marketing strategies that elevate the hotel's brand presence, drive revenue, and support the sales and operational teams in achieving success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance the hotel’s market position and increase occupancy and revenue.
Lead and guide the marketing and sales teams to achieve defined revenue and sales goals.
Collaborate with operational teams to create promotional campaigns supporting hotel services, including accommodation, food & beverage, and events.
Analyze monthly performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, including social media, email, content creation, and advertising.
Build strong relationships with local businesses and understand market trends to support growth plans.
Coordinate with public relations and sales teams to highlight special offers and events.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing or sales within the hospitality sector, with supervisory experience over teams.
Strong knowledge of local market trends and business conditions.
