Your Role
As the Director of InterContinental Club Lounge, you will lead the resort’s premier guest experience, ensuring personalized, seamless, and sophisticated service at every touchpoint. You’ll oversee all Club Lounge operations, inspire a high-performing team, and curate memorable moments that reflect the InterContinental Life.
Your Day to Day
- Oversee and continuously enhance the overall guest experience within the Club Lounge and VIP services.
- Lead, train, and empower a passionate team to uphold InterContinental brand standards and deliver exceptional luxury service.
- Develop and implement service strategies that drive guest satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with key departments to coordinate personalized experiences for VIP and Club guests.
- Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and guest feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in the Front Office is essential, with F&B knowledge considered a bonus.
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury hotel environment — ideally within Club Lounge, Guest Relations, or Executive Floor operations.
- A deep understanding of high-end guest service standards and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A natural ability to lead with warmth, inspire excellence, and embody the InterContinental brand promise.
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic resort environment – due to the nature of our operations, you could be expected to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
