作为一名餐饮部总监，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Carry out overall administrative functions, as well as operational management of assigned F&B departments to maximize profits. Maintain quality standards, ensure employee performance and exceed guest expectations.
2.Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed.
3.Ensure that the staff are equipped with proper working environment / tools / knowledge to enable them to be productive and efficient in their work.
4.Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve control of costs / expenses / labour.
1、进行全面的行政管理工作，以及指定的餐饮部门的运营管理，实现餐饮高利润。保持质量标准、确保员工工作表现和令客人喜出望外
2、监督并确保指定部门的运营顺利畅通
3、确保员工有良好的工作环境/工具/能够提高他们的生产效率和工作效率的知识
4、正确而有效地实施提高成本/开支/劳动力的衡量措施
