We’re looking for an exceptional Director of Food & Beverage to lead our culinary and service operations across restaurants, lounges, bars, and banqueting venues. You will be responsible for driving innovation, quality, and profitability while ensuring every dining experience reflects the soul of Petra and the spirit of IHG.

You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef and key stakeholders to design outstanding guest experiences, motivate diverse teams, and uphold world-class service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven F&B leadership experience in an international 5★ hotel.
  • Strategic mindset with strong financial acumen and guest service focus.
  • Passion for creating memorable moments and developing people.
Opening experience is a plus
