1. 制定并执行公司业务发展战略，拓展新市场、新客户及新合作渠道，推动营收持续增长；
2. 主导重点行业客户关系建设与维护，协调内外部资源推进重大商业合作项目落地；
3. 分析市场趋势与竞争格局，识别业务增长机会，提出可落地的商业模式优化与创新建议；
4. 协同公关、销售、运营等部门，推动跨部门协作，确保业务发展目标高效达成；
1. 具备5年及以上业务拓展、战略合作或大客户管理相关工作经验，有成功主导千万级商业项目经验者优先；
2. 拥有大专及以上学历，专业背景不限，具备优秀商业敏感度与战略思维能力；
3. 具备出色的沟通协调能力、谈判能力及跨部门推动力，能独立承担复杂业务场景下的决策与执行；
4. 具备良好的职业道德与合规意识，严格遵守劳动法律法规，尊重多元背景与个体差异；
5. 能适应阶段性出差安排，具备抗压能力与结果导向的工作作风。
