As the Director, Residential Marketing and Sales Account Management, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.  Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. Duties and Responsibilities  
The Director, Residential Marketing & Sales Account Management for Six Senses serves as the global brand steward for all Six Senses branded residence projects. The role provides strategic residential marketing oversight, brand governance, creative direction, and developer/agency support across the full development and sales lifecycle. This position ensures that every residential project reflects the authentic Six Senses brand DNA - sustainability, wellness, crafted luxury, and community - and that all marketing materials and storytelling are consistent, elevated, and commercially impactful. 


The Director partners with developers, sales teams, external agencies, and internal IHG/Six Senses stakeholders to drive brand integrity, global awareness, owner engagement, and sales velocity.  

The duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide strategic brand and residential counsel to Licensees and their teams on project positioning, naming, and sales strategy.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for all Six Senses residential owners, licensees and their agencies and project teams, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding and brand immersion workshops for Licensee’s project teams, agency partners, and sales brokers.
  • Support PR teams in crafting earned media strategies, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Help develop internal educational materials, developer pitch decks and training programs related to the residential business.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project teams to diagnose project challenges and proactively recommend marketing solutions to accelerate sales velocity and brand alignment.

 

Qualifications
To execute the position of Director, Residential Marketing & Sales Account Management, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in upper luxury hospitality with proven results and includes the following:

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality marketing, with residential marketing or account management experience preferred.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time.
  • Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with external developers, agencies, and partners.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Proactive and communicative, ensuring all stakeholders are consistently informed and aligned.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Talented and passionate in creative storytelling and strategic thinking to support luxury brand positioning.
