This highly impactful and visible role owns the technology relationship with HR and leads the product and engineering strategy for our global Workforce Platforms. As the Director of Product Management - Workforce Platforms, you will serve as the primary technology partner to the HR function, responsible for the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our core people technologies. 

You will lead a global, cross-functional team of product managers, architects, and engineers to leverage Oracle HCM Fusion SaaS and our broader ecosystem of HR solutions. Your mission is to create a world-class employee experience, drive operational efficiency through automation and AI, and ensure our technology platforms enable our corporate strategies on a global scale.

 

Your Day to Day

  • Define and own the product vision and strategic roadmap for the global Workforce Platforms portfolio, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Fusion SaaS.
  • Lead a global, cross-functional team of product managers, solution architects, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Pioneer the integration of agentic AI and automation capabilities into the workforce technology stack to drive efficiency, improve the employee experience, and unlock new insights.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for the Workforce Platforms ecosystem, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Act as the key technology thought partner for HR leadership, translating business needs into a clear, prioritized product backlog and multi-year technology plan.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the HR technology portfolio, including boundary solutions like ADP, Paradox, UKG, Cornerstone/SumTotal, ServiceNow, and PeopleSoft Financials.
  • Partner with Security and Legal teams to ensure all Workforce Platforms meet stringent security, data privacy, and compliance requirements across all jurisdictions.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and performance to maximize value and ensure our platforms are effectively utilized and supported.

 

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree(s) in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing both product management and engineering/architecture teams for HR platforms.
  • Mandatory: Deep, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion SaaS, including a strong understanding of its architecture, data model, and integration capabilities.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring global, distributed technology teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner to senior HR leadership, with a strong understanding of core HR processes (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Compensation).
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of integrated enterprise solutions, such as ADP, Paradox, PeopleSoft Financials, UKG, Cornerstone/SumTotal, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to guide architectural decisions and engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like generative AI and automation and their application within an enterprise HR context.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a technical vision to business leaders and translate business needs to engineering teams.

 

Travel – 10%

Location – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $145,000.00 to $175,000.00.  This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
