The Role

This leadership role leverages strong critical thinking to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns, preparing insightful reports and presentations that clearly communicate key findings and recommendations to management. It engages directly with stakeholders to understand business needs, build strong relationships, and influence decision-making, while facilitating analytics meetings to drive consensus and resolve conflicts—even when difficult conversations are required to achieve the best business outcomes. The role partners with data engineering to provide strategic direction and prioritization, and is skilled in building, managing, and optimizing a dynamic team of analysts and managers, fostering their technical and strategic growth while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

 

Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead the design and execution of sophisticated measurement frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and incrementality testing (Geo-lift), to quantify incremental business impact and optimize media spend efficiency. 
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations for management, clearly communicating key findings and recommendations
  • Interface directly with stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs, build strong relationships and influence decision making
  • Facilitates analytics stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and resolve conflicts; exhibit willingness to have difficult conversations to drive the best outcome for the business
  • Partner with the data engineering team to provide strategic direction, prioritization and alignment
  • Skilled at building, managing and optimizing a team in a dynamic organizational environment
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts & managers, fostering growth in technical and strategic capabilities while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Lead and develop high performing engaged teams/individuals that excel within a global and inclusive environment. Act as an advisor to leadership and staff within your organization to help meet overall performance management and talent objectives. Coach and develop team members; hire, fire, assess, discipline, document performance, recommend salary and classification changes.

 

What we need from You

  • Bachelors in a relevant field of work in business, economics, or statistics or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years progressive work experience including managing teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with using data visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking abilities
  • 5+ years’ experience leading a technical team, preferred
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, compelling storytelling and data-driven recommendations

Location – Atlanta, GA.  Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $159,800 to $185,000.  This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
