Drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of F&B programs across a multi-brand portfolio. Lead concept creation, menu and equipment development, operational workflows, financial modeling, and pilot testing to ensure scalable, profitable, and on‑brand solutions. Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, Brand, Procurement, and L&D to deliver seamless rollouts and strong performance. Guide the F&B Solutions team while leveraging industry trends, data insights, and competitive research to elevate existing concepts and shape future innovations.

Your day to day

  • Develop end‑to‑end F&B programs for assigned brands, including menu/recipe development, equipment specifications, operational workflows, and labor/food cost modeling. 

  • Build cost‑benefit and financial feasibility models to evaluate new programs and concept performance. 

  • Create rollout frameworks and lead pilot testing and implementation for all new F&B programs. 

  • Partner with Procurement, Operations, Brand, NHOP, Quality and other teams to align strategies, reduce cost, and support franchise/owner communications. 

  • Continuously improve existing restaurant concepts through standards updates, equipment and product innovation, and insights from industry trends and emerging operating models. 

  • Develop funding models and financial strategies to ensure concepts are self‑sustaining and meet profitability targets. 

  • Provide strategic direction to F&B Solutions team members and support cross‑functional leaders with data analysis, financial insights, and competitive research. 

  • Lead special projects, manage external consultants, support program start-up/P&L forecasting, and represent the organization at industry events.

 

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 
  • 5+ years of progressive F&B operations experience, including department‑head or multi‑unit leadership responsibilities. 
  • 8+ years of financial, statistical, or market analysis experience, with strong understanding of cross‑disciplinary business processes. 
  • Proven cross‑functional leadership, including leading working groups and driving alignment across diverse teams. 
  • Deep knowledge of hotel and F&B programs, including restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. 
  • Demonstrated project management experience from concept development through full implementation. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate F&B, culinary, and business concepts to senior leaders and external partners. 
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and relational databases; experience with systems such as Micros, Bartech, Delphi, Fidelio, and Opera preferred.

 

 Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office.  This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $120,000.00 to $145,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
