In this role you will be responsible for ensuring a detailed understanding of P&T’s reported financial results, including KPIs, Capital plans, initiatives and reporting, preparation of reports, presentations and analysis for the VP of Finance System Funds, CFO, Management Team, and Executive Committee. Also responsible for maintaining an in-depth understanding of the Functional Strategic Plans, excellence in Budgeting & Planning, Tower financials and cost flows. This includes scheduled and unscheduled pro-active updates with respective Finance team members.
Your day to day
- Monitor and understand financial results, outlook and trends and to advise the VP of System Fund Finance and P&T CFO on proactive insights, issues and actions recommended.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews with the Tower respective FBP’s.
- Agree and monitor KPIs such as gross cost, profitability, etc.
- Develop, prepare and communicate the regional Notional analyst and drive its use as a planning tool across the region and track variance thereof
- Preparation/Presents of reports, presentations and analysis for the VP System Fund Finance and P&T CFO, Management Team, and Executive Committee.
- Drives the financial planning processes (Overhead forecasts, budgets, Long Range and Capital Plans), including continuous improvement of processes, input from and linkage with non-financial activities.
- Lead Risk and Opportunities forecast process and review
- Review and validate MEC business cases for new initiatives, capital expenditures and resource allocations

Travel - limited
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $180,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and more benefits to employees.
