This position oversees financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Americas Growth, with accountability for signings, pipeline health, and system growth performance. The role serves as a key finance partner to senior leadership, supporting disciplined growth through insight‑driven decision‑making.

Role Purpose

This role leads end‑to‑end financial oversight of Americas Growth performance, providing clear, timely insight across signings, pipeline health, openings, removals, and net system size growth. It partners with senior leadership to translate data into actionable decisions that support disciplined, profitable growth and margin improvement.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead monthly Growth reporting, including the Termination Tracker, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and consistency across stakeholders.
  • Own all Growth reporting cycles, including Quarterly Business Reviews, out‑of‑cycle forecasts, annual budgeting, and long‑range planning.
  • Own pipeline health reporting, providing forward‑looking visibility into applications, execution risk, and conversion dynamics.
  • Oversee and drive monthly market‑share reporting and analysis across signings, openings, groundbreaks, and removals, including competitor benchmarking.
  • Lead preparation and delivery of quarterly Investor Relations and Executive Committee Growth materials, ensuring alignment between performance data and narrative.
  • Responsible for Americas and EC / AMER Market Board updates, synthesizing complex performance trends into concise executive insights.
  • Own analysis of key Growth drivers, including signings, terminations, openings/removals, net system size growth, application flow, and pre‑execution performance.
  • Oversee Key Money analytics, including approval tracking, deployment monitoring, and performance implications.
  • Set direction for continuous improvement of Growth reporting processes, KPIs, and analytical frameworks to improve transparency and decision quality

Key Skills & Experiences

Education

Experience

  • 8-10 years of progressive work-related Hotel operations Finance experience, with preference for operations & franchising experience. MBA preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, driving strategic change, and challenging & communicating with senior leadership in a complex matrix organization

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Strategic, analytical, and influencing skills to sustain high impact relationships with key stakeholders for delivery of results
  • Ability to effectively balance delivery of short term results with stewardship of the business and sustaining longer term competitive advantage

 

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office.  This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this position is $134,982 to $170,000.  This role is also eligible for bonus.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
