・3~5年のデジタルマーケティング経験(特にパフォーマンスマーケティング(SEO/SEM)および/または有料広告)
・Google Ads、Meta Business Suite、Google Analytics、Search Consoleの実際の運用経験
・基本的なSEO実践、キーワードリサーチ、オンページ最適化の理解
・分析スキルと、プロモーションのKPIやパフォーマンスレポートの取り扱い
・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力、ビジネスレベルの英語が望ましい
・ホスピタリティ業界またはラグジュアリーブランドでの経験優遇
What’s the job?
We are seeking a proactive and data-minded Digital Marketing Specialist to support ANA InterContinental Tokyo’s digital growth across performance-driven channels. This role focuses on executing and optimizing paid campaigns (SEM/Meta/LINE ads) and enhancing organic search visibility (SEO), while also delivering actionable performance reporting.
You will collaborate closely with the Social Media Coordinator, Web Manager and F&B Marketing Manager and agencies to improve traffic, visibility, and conversions across all digital touchpoints, while helping elevate the hotel’s online presence through insights, optimizations, and results-focused campaigns.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Digital Performance Marketing
- Support execution and optimization of performance marketing initiatives, including SEO and SEM
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LINE Ads
- Conduct keyword research and implement basic on-page SEO improvements
- Analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify opportunities for optimization
Prepare and present monthly digital performance reports (traffic, ROI, engagement, paid vs organic performance)
Coordinate closely with the hotel’s operations and F&B teams on digital promotions and offer campaigns
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm updates
- Work collaboratively with agencies and creative teams to support campaign development, asset delivery, and reporting
Digital Integration & Team Collaboration
- Work in tandem with the Social Media Coordinator, supporting campaign planning and paid amplification when needed
- Partner with the Web Manager to align paid and organic strategies for optimal web traffic and conversion
- Ensure all campaign messaging reflects the hotel’s positioning, guest personas, and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g., F&B outlet managers, MICE, and Events) to tailor campaigns and support total revenue performance
Reporting & Insights
- Monitor and report on performance metrics weekly and monthly
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes
- Track trends across platforms to support ongoing strategic recommendations
GUEST EXPERIENCE
- Understand key customer journeys and optimize content and targeting for different audience segments
- Support content and offer alignment across owned digital channels to meet guest needs at each stage of the path to booking
- Leverage guest feedback and UGC (user-generated content) insights to inform paid and organic content strategy
PEOPLE
- Maintain strong communication and alignment with internal teams, including PR, F&B and Sales
- Actively participate in relevant training and development opportunities related to digital marketing and new tools
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
- Champion responsible use of media budget with a focus on ROI, contribution to direct channels, and long-term brand value
- Suggest improvements to digital marketing activity based on insights and performance analysis
ACCOUNTABILITY
This is a key role within the hotel’s Digital Marketing team, supporting revenue-driving activities across paid and organic channels. The position contributes directly to:
- Channel contribution and marketing ROI
- Search visibility and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversions, organic traffic growth)
- Support of hotel KPIs including room bookings, F&B engagement, and MICE inquiries
- Execution of promotions and visibility across Google, Meta, LINE, and other ad platforms
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, especially performance marketing (SEO/SEM) and/or paid advertising
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Search Console
- Understanding of basic SEO practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization
- Analytical skills and comfort working with campaign KPIs and performance reports
- Native-level Japanese, with business-level English preferred
- Hospitality or luxury brand experience is a plus
