Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Preparing and cooking high-quality pastries according to the menu
根據菜單準備和烘焙高品質的糕餅及麵包 - Ensuring all food quality and presentation standards are met
確保所有食品品質和外觀標符合標準 - Ensuring all food items are stored and handled properly
確保所有食品妥善存放和處理 - Monitor food costs, inventory, and portion control to meet budget targets
監控食品成本、庫存及份量控制以達到預算目標 - Assisting in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
協助維持廚房清潔和衛生標準
What we need from you
我們對您的要求
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as chef working in hotels or fully service restaurants
具備至少三年在酒店或全桌服務的餐廳擔任廚師的工作 - A diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
廚藝文憑或同等資歷 - Good training, coaching and problem solving skills
良好的培訓、輔導和解決問題的能力 - Attention to details and ability to work under pressure
注重細節和能在壓力下工作 - Strong teamwork and communication skills
良好的團隊合作和溝通能力
