We’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie – Breakfast with strong experience in preparing high-quality breakfast offerings in a five-star hotel. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Breakfast Chef in delivering exceptional morning experiences for our guests.
Your role:
Prepare and present breakfast dishes, from continental to hot items, with consistency and attention to detail.
Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion control to maintain quality.
Assist in managing the breakfast section, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain hygiene, inventory, and cost control within your section.
Support junior staff and contribute to team training and development.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
Requirements:
Culinary degree or relevant certification.
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel breakfast operation.
Strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
