1. 负责制定并执行宴会销售策略，确保达成或超越宴会销售目标。
2. 管理和指导宴会销售团队，提升团队整体销售能力和服务水平。
3. 拓展并维护与潜在客户及现有客户的良好关系，提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
4. 分析市场趋势和竞争对手动态，为宴会销售提供市场洞察和策略建议。
5. 协调内部资源，确保宴会活动的顺利执行和高质量服务。
6. 定期组织销售会议，分享销售成果，讨论并解决销售过程中遇到的问题。
7. 监控宴会销售预算，有效控制成本，提高销售利润率。
1. 本科学历，市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先。
2. 拥有5年以上宴会销售或相关领域的工作经验，具备丰富的销售实战经验。
3. 出色的沟通能力和人际交往能力，能够与客户建立并维护长期合作关系。
4. 优秀的团队管理和领导能力，能够激励团队达成销售目标。
5. 敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力，能够准确把握市场趋势和客户需求。
6. 具备良好的组织协调能力和问题解决能力，能够高效处理销售过程中的各种问题。
7. 熟练使用办公软件和销售管理系统，提高工作效率。
8.能胜任对酒店宴会系统销售的领导，不限于 Delphi, Opera及酒店综合商业计划。
