Your day to day
- Support the General Manager with diary management, meetings, calls, correspondence, and coordination with departments.
- Assist with translations (EN/PT & PT/EN), both verbal and written; Mandarim knowledge is a plus.
- Take minutes at meetings and follow up on action points.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage official documents and reports.
- Contribute to hotel projects related to service quality, guest experience, and sustainability.
- Support VIP arrivals, inspections, and guest relations when required.
- Collaborate across departments and take on ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Be the warm welcome that starts a memorable guest journey.
- Support Quality Procedures and ensure brand standards are followed.
- Personally greet VIP guests in the absence of the General Manager.
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and positivity at all times.
- Enrollment in a university program (mandatory curricular internship).
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Mandarim is a plus.
- University/Diploma education in progress (Hospitality, Management, or related field).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Curricular internship program with mentoring from the General Manager.
