Assisting with cost control initiatives and supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
Taking on other ad hoc duties and supporting the culinary leadership team whenever needed.
A Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, with experience in kitchen operations or administration.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with chefs, colleagues, and other departments.
A keen eye for detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling documents and records.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
