Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily kitchen operations and communicate effectively with all culinary teams
Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to ensure uninterrupted service
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for kitchen activities
Assist in scheduling, manpower allocation, and training plans for culinary staff
Support pre-opening activities including menu planning, kitchen setup, and SOP implementation
Ensure compliance with IHG and Crowne Plaza brand standards, hygiene, and safety regulations
Liaise with F&B outlets, purchasing, and other departments for smooth operations
Support cost control initiatives and minimize wastage
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a culinary coordination or kitchen administration role, preferably in hotels
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Knowledge of inventory management, kitchen operations, and basic cost control
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (PMS/Food Cost systems)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Team player with a proactive and professional approach
Proficiency in Bangla and English preferred
