- 深入了解酒店的关键部门，并在必要时获得部门/客户方面的专业知识，以使客人满意度最大化
- 准备每周活动预测并抓住追加销售机会
- 确保及时跟进和追求与客户和利益相关者的战略关系，以推动最高水平的转化率
- 监督主发票的及时交付给客户并促进付款
- 与预订部、市场销售部和餐饮部紧密合作，确保活动账目的整合
- 与皇冠会议执行人员合作，根据需要提供部门/客户特定服务
- 与上级沟通遇到的任何问题和其他相关信息
- 参加并在适当的时候组织培训课程、每日简报和其他需要的会议
- 在适当的情况下，监督、管理和培训皇冠会议活动主管和皇冠会议活动协调员履行其职责
- 在活动前期策划过程中，与会议策划人协商确定最佳的会议室配置，建议会议/休息流程，菜单规划，餐饮协调，餐桌安排，装修方案等，以提高会议效率和生产力
- 每天与每个会议策划人会面，汇报日常事件，审查消费、账单和任何合同账单的例外情况，并审查最终账单的估计
- 计划并开展与客户和餐饮员工的活动前会议，以确定提高客人体验的方法
- 根据情况被指定为联络点，提供及时的帮助，以迅速满足客户的需求，并使他们的活动顺利进行
- 监督组织活动后的电话咨询和反馈调查的收集，并跟进客户的活动反馈和进一步的商业机会
- 提高酒店和品牌在当地社区的知名度和声誉
- 协调安全措施，确保会议顺利进行，尽量减少干扰或问题。指导和建议客户的会议选择和替代方案，有可能减少浪费，节约能源，对环境的影响最小
