根据洲际酒店集团的政策和程序，在成本控制经理的直接管理下，执行成本核算、盘点、监督工作，确保及时正确的接收和分发食物及非食品物品，以满足各部门和岗位的需求。
根据采购申请单或每日食品订货单核实和清点验收的货品。
确保所有所收的货品符合采购订货要求、质量良好且符合具体规格要求。
熟悉精通所有酒店经营设备的型号和规格等内容，包括保存好产品目录，样品图片以及产品的其他相关资料。
按照酒店的规定发送食品和饮料，尽快将验收合格的货物移交仓储区域，减少和避免员工偷盗以及货物腐烂变质等。
一年国际酒店成本相关工作，成本主管职位或相似的工作经验；或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
