全面负责会议、宴会、婚宴接待运营，牵头场地筹备、流程制定；
统筹现场布置、人员调度、餐食服务、设备调试，保障活动顺利开展；
负责团队培训、考核，制定服务标准，管控成本及服务质量；
性格开朗自信；
突出的沟通能力及人际交往能力；
敏锐的美食市场触觉，具体有突出的餐饮市场营销策略；
至少5年以上奢华酒店宴会厅运营及管理经验；
良好的英文听说水平
