The Concierge & Experience Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Concierge, Guest Services and Ski Butlers teams, ensuring service delivery reflects the Six Senses philosophy of “crafted experiences, emotional connection, and sustainable luxury.”

As a passionate host and role model, the Concierge & Experience Supervisor:

  • Supervise daily operations and team performance 

  • Ensure service standards and LQA compliance 

  • Manage VIP and complex guest requests 

  • Oversee pre-arrival, in-house, and departure arrangements

  • Promotes wellness, sustainability, and local cultural immersion experiences

  • Ensure anticipatory and personalized guest service 

  • Handle complaints and service recovery professionally 

  • Support VIP itineraries and bespoke experiences 

  • Maintain high guest satisfaction levels

  • Coordinate transportation services, ski arrangements, and all in-house and outdoor guest experiences to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Maintain vendor and partner relationships 

  • Ensure accuracy of bookings, confirmations, and billing 

  • Provide expert local recommendations

  • Coordinates guest transport requests, bookings and external partners
  • Ensure full compliance with LQA and Six Senses service standards and audit requirements
  • Monitor guest feedback

  • Conduct root-cause analysis for service failures

  • Support partnerships with local partners, artisans, farms, and cultural institutions.

Qualifications : 

To execute the position of Concierge & Experience Supervisor, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess a minimum hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school and more than one year’s experience in a similar hotel operational role. I have a valid driver’s license (Category B) and proficiency with hotel management systems or Opera PMS.

I am a personally involved, visible and proactive host with excellent organizational skills. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer and I have experience and I am able to work in a cross-cultural environment positively. 

I have a good command of written and spoken French and English. I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services.
