As our Concierge Assistant, you will be the key to unlocking the best experiences in Pokhara and beyond. With your extensive knowledge of local restaurants, bars, museums, and hidden gems, you'll effortlessly guide our guests to the finest spots in the city and across Nepal.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Greet all guests with a warm and genuine welcome, whether they are visiting the resort or simply exploring the property.

• Provide guests with in-depth knowledge of Pokhara and its attractions, offering personalized recommendations. 

• Oversee the arrival and departure of hotel vehicles, coordinating guest transportation with precision and attention to detail.

• Respond to guest requests promptly, ensuring all actions meet the high standards and values of the InterContinental brand.

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in regard to guest information, ensuring their privacy is always respected. 

What We need from you:

• Fluency in both Nepalese and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of guests.
• Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure
• A strong grasp of reading, writing, basic mathematics, and hotel management software is essential.
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
