You will welcome guests and assist with enquiries, luggage coordination, transportation, and valet support while providing accurate information on hotel facilities, dining, events, and local attractions
Take ownership of guest requests and follow through until completion
Work closely with Front Office, Bell Services, Valet, and third-party partners to ensure seamless service
Promote in-house facilities and services including dining, experiences, and transportation
Maintain a polished concierge desk and lobby presence at all times
Support guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving concerns with confidence and care.
A minimum of one year experience in a guest-facing or customer service role, preferably within hospitality or luxury service
Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages an advantage
Good local knowledge or a genuine interest in learning about the destination; confidence using basic computer systems
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
The ability to stay professional, approachable, and calm in a fast-paced environment.
