1. 为宾客提供专业化、个性化礼宾服务，包括但不限于行程规划、交通安排、票务预订、本地信息咨询及特殊需求协调等；
2. 协助处理宾客在入住/访问期间的各类咨询与事务请求，确保服务响应及时、准确、周到；
3. 与酒店/场所内各部门保持高效协作，保障宾客体验的一致性与高品质；
4. 维护礼宾服务相关资源网络（如合作商户、交通机构、文化场馆等），持续优化服务供给能力；
5. 严格遵守个人信息保护要求，妥善保管并保密宾客隐私信息，未经许可不得泄露或滥用。
1. 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、外语、会展等相关专业优先；
2. 具备1年以上高端酒店、会所、国际公寓或优质服务场景礼宾/前台/客户服务工作经验；
3. 普通话标准流利，具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能熟练使用英语进行日常服务沟通；
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、应变能力及跨文化服务意识，形象得体、亲和力强、服务意识突出；
5. 熟练操作常用办公软件及酒店信息系统（PMS），具备基础的信息检索与资源整合能力；
6. 遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪记录，认同平等就业原则，不因民族、性别、宗教信仰、健康状况等区别对待服务对象或同事。
