About the Role:

As a Concierge, you will serve as the trusted advisor and point of contact for our discerning guests, offering personalized recommendations and seamless solutions to their every need. From securing the finest dining reservations to curating bespoke experiences, you will play an integral role in shaping the guest journey at our 5-star hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and entertainment to guests.
• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with discretion, elegance, and efficiency.
• Offer expert recommendations on dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences tailored to individual preferences.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities and facilities including opening hours for restaurants, pools and spa services.
• Arrange transportation, reservations, and bespoke requests with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local area, events, and exclusive opportunities for our guests.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a concierge role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• In-depth knowledge of local attractions, fine dining, and cultural venues
• Impeccable communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse guests.
• A polished and professional demeanour with a genuine passion for service excellence
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
