Surrounded by nature, there are 56 pool suites. Combining eco-credentials and comfort, the design uses natural, renewable, and repurposed materials. The organic and contemporary interiors feature an open-plan bedroom, while the outdoor terrace leads to a private plunge pool for a cooling dip. In addition, there are 15 villas enjoying a prime hillside or oceanfront setting, ranging between one, two, and four bedrooms. The five four-bedroom villas located on the Bluff offer a 270-degree view of one of the most coveted locations in the Caribbean. It has never been more important to be mentally, physically, and spiritually happy. This has been considered in every aspect of the design, with ample light, fresh air, and space.

Role Purpose

The property Complex Director of IT is the primary interface between the IHG technology teams and the management staff at the property. The position is responsible for the purchase, installation, maintenance and support of all technology within their assigned properties.

A little bit about your day:

 Every day is different, you will:

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of hotel and restaurant operations and priorities

• Create and distribute regular communications regarding the status of Technology projects and activity which have an effect on operations.

• Provide onsite support for major facilities systems including implementation and troubleshooting

• Work with IHG Telecommunications resources to provision, install and maintain voice and data circuits with sufficient capacity and redundancy. Regularly monitor circuit performance and test failover configurations.

• Install, configure and maintain secure networks at each assigned property which adhere to current compliance standards. Work with IHG network team to configure and maintain firewalls and routers for connectivity with Internet and IHG networks

• Install and maintain all desktops, laptops, servers, printers and related hardware installed at hotel and restaurant properties. Work with appropriate support vendors to verify warranty repairs are correctly processed.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or related field required. (or commensurate work experience in the hospitality or technology fields)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong consulting skills with the ability to advise and make recommendations regarding solutions.

• Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting any or all of the following products or technologies: Citrix receiver, Outlook, Ivanti, Hotel PBX, Opera PMS, Delphi FDC, Restaurant POS, PeopleSoft ERP

• Must be able to effectively manage multiple, simultaneous requests with different priorities

• Consistently delivers excellent customer service under pressure

• Must be available and responsive 24/7 for emergency support

• Experience working in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel setting preferred
