Complex Director of Revenue

Six Senses La Sagesse Grenada & InterContinental Grenada Resort

Are you ready to shape the revenue strategy for two of the Caribbean's most exciting luxury hospitality destinations?

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Complex Director of Revenue to lead revenue strategy, distribution, forecasting, and reservations for Six Senses La Sagesse Grenada and the pre-opening InterContinental Grenada Resort. This is a unique opportunity to drive commercial performance across a world-class luxury resort and a highly anticipated new hotel opening.

About the Opportunity

This role oversees revenue and reservations for both properties, ensuring a unified commercial strategy while pricing the Six Senses repositioning onto a wellness-inclusive model in which added value is absorbed into rate, holding the Six Senses to InterContinental rate differential by design, and delivering the successful opening of InterContinental Grenada. Complex Area Director of Revenue serves as a key commercial leader, partnering closely with the Area General Manager, ownership, and regional stakeholders to optimize performance and deliver long-term growth. The role reports directly to the Area General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy & Pricing

  • Develop and execute revenue and pricing strategies for both properties.

  • Ensure clear market positioning and rate integrity across all demand periods.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to drive revenue opportunities.

Forecasting & Budgeting

  • Lead weekly and monthly forecasting processes.

  • Develop annual budgets and strategic revenue plans.

  • Provide performance analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.

Inventory Management

  • Manage room inventory, restrictions, minimum stay controls, overbooking, and group allocation strategies.

  • Maintain pricing and inventory accuracy across all distribution channels.

Distribution & Commercial Systems

  • Oversee distribution strategy across brand.com, GDS, OTA, wholesale, and trade channels.

  • Support system configuration, optimization, and testing, including pre-opening activities for InterContinental Grenada.

  • Utilize revenue management systems and business intelligence tools to drive informed decision-making.

Reservations Leadership

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the cluster reservations function.

  • Drive conversion performance, training, service standards, and operational excellence.

  • Ensure alignment between revenue strategy and inventory management.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Lead weekly commercial strategy discussions.

  • Present performance updates, forecasts, and recommendations to ownership and IHG leadership.

  • Develop strong partnerships across hotel operations, sales, marketing, and finance teams. Operate within a documented commercial governance framework: revenue recommends, the Area General Manager authorizes, with one documented strategy per property by demand period.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management within ultra-luxury or luxury resort environments.
  • Must have Caribbean / Eastern Caribbean market experienceProven revenue leadership in the Caribbean, ideally the Eastern Caribbean luxury tier (Anguilla, St Barths, St Lucia, St Kitts, Grenada).
  • Experience with US, UK, and European source markets, tour-operator and wholesale channels, long-haul airlift and extended booking windows, a Carnival-and-festive calendar, and compsets of independent ultra-luxury resorts.
  • Experience managing complex forecasting, pricing, and distribution strategies.
  • Multi-property and/or pre-opening revenue accountability held directly, including rate architecture build, systems loading and testing, and benchmark anchoring.
  • Fluency in revenue and benchmarking systems, including IHG Concerto, Lighthouse, STR and Demand360.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities.
