Are you passionate about food and ready to grow your culinary career in one of Sydney’s most iconic locations? Join our friendly team at Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour as a Part-time Commis Chef.
You’ll work closely with our Director of Food & Beverage, Lynn, who’s committed to mentoring and developing talented chefs. You’ll help deliver consistently high-quality dishes for La Bella Restaurant, Room Service, and Conference & Events, especially focusing on our renowned breakfast offering.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally in a hotel
- Full Australian work rights
- A collaborative, team-first attitude
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- High standards in hygiene, grooming, and presentation
