The role involves assisting senior chefs in bulk food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations within fixed service timings.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Follow standard recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in food quality.

• Carry out daily mise en place tasks as assigned.

• Support timely service of staff meals according to fixed cafeteria schedules

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift.

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.

What We need from you:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred (hotel, resort, or cafeteria).

• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary team.

• Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure.

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
