Role Purpose
Support the Commercial team with strategic projects, data analysis, and performance insights to help achieve business priorities and growth ambitions across the SEAK region.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Special Projects: Assist the Commercial Leadership team with market priority implementation and tracking.
- Project Support:
- Group & Meeting Outsourcing Pilot
- Loyalty and Digital initiatives
- Website Content Improvement
- SEAK Properties Database & Email Grouping
- SEAK Website Audit Rollout
- Performance Analysis: Prepare insights on key performance opportunities and collaborate with team members to develop strategies and plans.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Brand, and Hotel Commercial teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a reputable undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Marketing, Brand Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Experience & Skills:
- Strategic thinking and ability to apply frameworks to business challenges.
- Understanding of marketing, sales, and commercial disciplines.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and social media platforms (WeChat, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter).
- Familiarity with analytics tools and design platforms (e.g., Canva).
- Attributes:
- “Can-do” mindset, adaptable, and able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and influencing skills.
- Independent yet collaborative team player.
- Preferred Knowledge: Business, real estate, finance, hospitality, or tourism.
